Welcome to Moonseed Massage & Bodywork in Inverness, IL. I am Jill, a licensed massage therapist. With 8 years of professional massage therapy experience and a background as a personal trainer and health coach, I specialize in therapeutic massage, advanced prenatal and postpartum massage, fertility enhancing massage, manual lymphatic drainage, Arvigo® Therapy known as Mayan abdominal massage, acupressure, and reflexology.

My passion for women's health began during my own pregnancy. I received regular massage therapy throughout my pregnancy and found it was the only time I felt comfortable and at ease in my body. The massage room became a sanctuary for me to pause and honor myself and my baby with presence. Today, as a massage therapist working with women in all stages of life, I strive to honor each client's individuality without judgment, creating a trauma-sensitive and safe space for every body under my care.

As a mother, wife, friend, athlete, and lifelong student of movement, somatics, and human behavior, I bring a holistic and compassionate approach to my practice. I believe in the sacredness of our experiences and the power of bodywork to reconnect women with their bodies. I am here to support you through both joyful and challenging times, facilitating healing with empathy and understanding.

Your first, initial visit will include a proper intake to gather health information and to discuss the type of service you're interested in, your goals, needs and expectations and plenty of time for answering questions and creating a wellness plan together when necessary.
